Let’s talk marketing

One project. Or the next chapter.

Choose a defined brief or discuss an ongoing rhythm. These are starting points for a proposal, rather than fixed packages.

A clear path. Room to explore.

  1. Discover

Understand the business, audience and priorities. Gather the content and constraints that will shape the work.

A shared brief & agreed priorities

  2. Define

Choose the direction and define the scope. Agree what is being made, who is responsible and where feedback happens.

An agreed scope & creative direction

  3. Create

Develop the design, content or website. Review the work in context and refine it at the agreed stages.

The developed work & review decisions

  4. Launch

Check the details and prepare the handover. Walk through the files, tools and next steps relevant to the project.

    Final deliverables & handover guidance

A few things you might ask.

Can we start with just one service?

Absolutely. A focused website, identity or campaign can stand on its own. We will still consider how it connects to the rest of your brand, so the work adds to a bigger picture rather than becoming another disconnected piece.

Can you work with our existing identity?

Yes. We can work within established guidelines, help develop the parts that are missing or discuss a wider evolution. We will review what already exists before recommending a direction.

How are timing and cost decided?

They follow the scope. The number of deliverables, content readiness, functionality and review stages all affect the plan. Share any target date and budget range early so we can discuss a realistic approach.

Who supplies the content?

We agree that in the brief. You may have approved copy and imagery already, or the project may need content direction or production. The proposal makes those responsibilities clear.

What about ownership and licences?

The proposal sets out deliverables, ownership, third-party licences and any ongoing costs before work begins.

Can you help after launch?

Ongoing creative or website support can form a separate scope. We discuss the work, responsibilities and response expectations rather than assuming an unlimited support arrangement.
